Terms & Conditions
1. Who We Are
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 24Tuning dealer portal and all related services ("the Service"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and: 24Tuning. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.2. Eligibility - Business Customers Only
The Service is provided exclusively to business customers acting in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are not a consumer and that you are purchasing the Service for business purposes only. 24Tuning reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account where it reasonably believes the customer is not acting in a business capacity. Consumer access to the Service is not permitted.3. Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
• "Network Installer" (also referred to as a "Slave User" in the industry) — a customer approved to submit ECU files for processing by 24Tuning engineers, typically operating their own remapping business.
• "Trade Account Holder" (also referred to as a "Master User" in the industry) — a customer using a master tuning tool and submitting files independently.
• "Credits" — the prepaid digital tokens used to pay for file processing jobs on the Service.
• "File" or "ECU File" — the vehicle electronic control unit data file submitted by the Customer for processing.
• "Working Hours" — 24Tuning's published operating hours as displayed on the portal. These may be updated from time to time.
• "Warranty Period" — the 21-day period from the date a processed file is returned to the Customer.4. Account Registration & Approval
All accounts are subject to approval by 24Tuning prior to activation. 24Tuning reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information including your trading name and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. Each customer is entitled to one account only. Customers found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts deactivated and all associated credits forfeited without refund.5. Out-of-Hours File Submissions
Files submitted outside of Working Hours that require manual engineer input will not be processed until the next working day. 24Tuning's current Working Hours are published on the portal and may be updated from time to time.6. Credits & Payment
Credits are a prepaid digital service. As business-to-business transactions, all credit purchases are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or applied towards tool purchases. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited without refund.7. File Processing & Charges
All file requests require sufficient credits on account. If an incorrect file is uploaded, or required options are not selected prior to submission, and the file is processed by an engineer, a full credit charge applies to any reprocessing. Please ensure all uploads and selections are correct before submitting. Solutions not selected at the time of upload will not be applied. Credits will not be refunded for omissions made by the Customer at point of submission. If you are unsure whether a solution is available, please raise a support ticket before submitting. For any file-related queries, use the support chat located within the portal. An engineer will respond as soon as possible during Working Hours.8. File Warranty & Revisions (21-Day Warranty Period)
Files that require further solutions, additions, or removals within the 21-day Warranty Period are provided free of charge for Network Installers. This excludes Stage upgrade options. For Trade Account Holders, all additional work is chargeable regardless of the Warranty Period. Any modifications or additional solutions requested after the 21-day Warranty Period has expired will be treated as a new file request and charged accordingly, including an additional 1 credit. Credit requests relating to file issues must be raised within the 21-day Warranty Period. Issues reported after expiry of the Warranty Period will not be eligible for credit refund. Jobs that require a redo because the customer's vehicle has been returned to a main dealer and the map removed will require a new file request and will be charged at the standard rate. Trade Account Holders must ensure all required specifications are confirmed with the end customer before submitting a file request. Additions or removals after submission will incur an additional charge. Credit refunds will not be issued on files where no revision attempts have been made. Files may require adjustment after initial flash — please work through the revision process before raising a credit request. 24Tuning will only issue credits where a file is demonstrably defective and supporting evidence is provided.9. Refunds & Credit Policy
If 24Tuning is unable to resolve a file issue, credits will be refunded to the Customer's account balance. Credit refunds will only be issued where the file is demonstrably defective and the Customer provides supporting data logs or evidence as reasonably requested by 24Tuning. Credits will not be refunded in the following circumstances (this list is not exhaustive):
• Tool failure or incompatibility — please contact your tool supplier.
• Customer or end-customer change of mind.
• Failure to upload the correct file or select the correct options.
• Failure to read tuner comments prior to downloading and flashing the file.
• Vehicle speed limiter remaining active where the limiter is located in a module other than the ECU (e.g. BCM). Credits will not be refunded where the engineer confirms the ECU solution is correct.
• Failure to complete a DTC deletion job due to the installer lacking the correct diagnostic tools.
• Issues arising from the use of clone tools. 24Tuning accepts no responsibility for ECU damage caused by clone tools and provides no support for such failures.
• Software updates applied by a main dealer or third party that overwrite a 24Tuning file — a new file request will be required.
• Gearbox file failures where the engine cannot be remapped — engine tuning must be completed before gearbox tuning is ordered.10. Liability, Safety & Data Logging
All files supplied by 24Tuning are produced to the best of the engineer's skill and knowledge. However, all files are programmed entirely at the Customer's risk. 24Tuning accepts no liability for damage to any vehicle, engine, gearbox, or ancillary components arising from the use of any file supplied through the Service. The Customer is solely responsible for conducting a full pre-tuning health check of all relevant engine parameters before any file is flashed to a vehicle. Failure to do so is at the Customer's risk. Data logging (before and after tuning) is a mandatory requirement for any warranty or credit claim. In the event of a file issue, data logs must be provided to 24Tuning before any credit refund will be considered. For any vehicle tuned on a dynamometer, before-and-after power runs are required as a condition of any support request. Running a modified vehicle on a dyno without a stock baseline is not supported. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24Tuning's total aggregate liability to the Customer under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of credits paid by the Customer for the specific file or service giving rise to the claim.11. Slave Decrypt / Encrypt Requests (External Processing)
Network Installers requesting decryption and encryption of files using external processing (outside 24Tuning's standard solution set) are charged at 1 Credit per request. Such requests may only be submitted where 24Tuning has no available solution or is unable to provide a working solution, or where the Customer requires custom tuning for specific hardware upgrades (e.g. uprated turbos, injectors).12. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of credits, and/or legal action:
12.1 Software Sharing
No software, file, or proprietary data supplied through the Service may be shared publicly, on any online forum, social media platform, or messaging group. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account deactivation and forfeiture of all credits without refund.
12.2 Defamation & Slander
Customers must not make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about 24Tuning, its services, or its personnel on any public or private platform. 24Tuning reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any customer found to be in breach of this clause and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
12.3 Customer Solicitation
Customers must not solicit, recruit, or attempt to redirect other 24Tuning customers to competing services, whether directly or indirectly. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund.
12.4 Competitor Use
Competitors may access the Service for legitimate business use. However, any competitor found to engage in defamatory conduct, misleading statements, or unfair competitive practices against 24Tuning will have their account immediately terminated without refund. 24Tuning reserves the right to pursue legal action in such cases.13. Tool Ownership & Transfers
Slave tools purchased through 24Tuning are subject to network restrictions and are not released by default. Release of any slave tool is at 24Tuning's sole discretion. Where 24Tuning agrees to release a slave tool from the network, a release fee of £500 + VAT is payable before release is processed. Any transfer of a tool to a third party must be notified to 24Tuning in advance. The new user must complete 24Tuning's standard vetting and approval process before the transfer is recognised. 24Tuning reserves the right to refuse approval of any new user at its sole discretion. The previous owner is responsible for all transfer fees and any tool name-change fees. The new user must not access the portal using the previous owner's account. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all credits.14. Data Protection
24Tuning collects and processes personal data (including name, contact details, and vehicle data) as necessary to provide the Service. 24Tuning operates in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Customer data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the Service (e.g. payment processors) or as required by law. Customers have rights in respect of their personal data including the right of access, rectification, and erasure, subject to applicable exemptions. A full Privacy Policy governing 24Tuning's data practices will be published on the portal. By using the Service, you agree to 24Tuning's Privacy Policy as updated from time to time.15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. For customers based outside the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause prevents a customer from bringing a claim in their local courts; however, English law will apply to the substance of any dispute arising under these Terms.16. Amendments to These Terms
24Tuning reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, 24Tuning will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered customers by email or portal notification. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. By using the Service, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. -

How to
How to
New to the portal? Follow these steps to find your way around — credits, uploads, and help are all a few clicks away.
Getting started
- Sign in with the email and password you registered with (once your account is approved).
- Use the left sidebar to open each area of the portal. The top bar shows file-room status, queue information, and your account menu.
- Check your credit balance in the sidebar before sending work — completed jobs use credits according to the price list.
- Browse this How to guide when you are unsure; use Support → Open ticket or My tickets if you need the team.
Match the vehicle in our catalog before you upload so ECU and metadata line up with our database.
Dashboard & vehicle search
- Open Dashboard from the sidebar for the overview and the vehicle catalog search.
- Fill the dropdowns in order: type → make → model → fuel → year → engine. Each step narrows the next list.
- Use the result to confirm ECU/TCU details and options for the car you are tuning.
- When you upload a file, you will use the same catalog flow so the correct vehicle is attached to the job.
Credits pay for completed work. Purchases run through Stripe on secure checkout.
Credits & payments
- Open Buy Credits in the sidebar when you need more balance.
- Choose a pack and complete payment with your card. Successful payments add credits when Stripe confirms (usually within moments).
- Open My Transactions to review purchases and how credits were used.
- If payment succeeded but credits did not appear, open a ticket (Tool Subscriptions or Portal Problems) with the time of purchase and the email you used.
Give the file room everything they need: full vehicle details and your read file.
Uploading files
- Go to Upload File in the sidebar.
- Complete every required vehicle field using the catalog dropdowns (same order as on the dashboard).
- Attach your read file. Add optional notes or VRM if they help staff process the job faster.
- Check file type and size on the page, then submit. The job appears in My Files with status updates.
Tip: ALL only appears when that field is stored as ALL in the database for that row — pick real values whenever they are listed.
Every submission lives in one place — track status and download tuned files when they are ready.
My files & downloads
- Open My Files to see all jobs you have submitted.
- Click a row to open details: status, messages from the file room, and download links when a tuned file is ready.
- Use search or filters if you manage many vehicles.
- Reply in the thread if staff need more information — never share passwords in chat.
Reference material and lookups — downloads and fault-code tools in one area.
Library
- Open Library from the sidebar.
- Use Downloads for PDFs, installers, and guides (from admin uploads or the bundled list, depending on setup).
- Use Fault codes for OBD-II lookup; open other library screens (e.g. Bosch ECU) if your portal includes them.
- Files may be served from cloud storage or static assets — both are normal.
When you need a person, open a ticket with clear detail so we can help quickly.
Support tickets
- Under Support, read How to if you want a walkthrough of the portal.
- Click Open ticket and pick the category that best matches your issue.
- Describe what happened and add order or file references when you can.
- Follow replies under My tickets; you may also get email updates when the team responds.
Keep contact details and your profile current so we can reach you.
Account & profile
- Click your avatar (top right) → My Profile or Settings.
- Update name, company, phone, and profile picture as needed.
- Open Analytics for a simple summary of files and tickets on your account.
- Admins can use the same menu, then return to the admin panel from the banner when finished.
Password changes may be handled via support until self-service reset is enabled.
Protect your account and your customers’ data.
Security tips
- Use a strong password that you do not reuse on other sites.
- 24Tuning will never ask for your password by email or chat.
- Sign out when you finish on a shared or public computer.

Price List
Price List
These ECU calibrations are included at no extra credit on the same order as a Stage 1 or Stage 2 tune, where the file and control module are supported. Availability is confirmed per vehicle and read.
Passenger car engine control units from the merged vehicle catalog. Credits show Stock, Economy, and Stage columns where that ECU is supported; use the filter to focus on a specific hardware line.
Light commercial vans, MPVs, and people-carrier engine ECUs. Where the control module matches a passenger pattern, the same per-stage credit structure applies; otherwise follow the line shown for your exact ECU.
Pickup and open-box light truck engine management. Each row links the application to a supported ECU and shows the credit rate for that hardware line in the table.
HGV and on-road commercial engine control. Solutions on heavy sectors are often four credits per item on the commercial scale; see Checks & extras for the full add-on and truck-rate list.
Tractor and farm machinery engine management. Each supported agricultural ECU family is listed with the applicable Stock and Stage credits for field and yard applications.
Off-road plant and construction equipment engine control. Industrial ECU lines are price-checked per line below for excavators, loaders, and similar on-site power units.
Motorcycle and on-road two-wheel engine control units. Use the list to match make and ECU — credits apply per line for each supported control module in the two-wheel range.
All-terrain and side-by-side engine management. Powersport ECU rows show Stock and Stage options where the platform and read type are supported in the file room.
Personal watercraft engine control units. PWC calibrations are listed by ECU with credits suited to high-rev marine flash protocols and watercraft control layouts.
Inboard, outboard, and fixed-install marine engine management. The table links each supported marine ECU to the right credit point for that hull and power package category.
Transmission and TCU calibrations taken from the catalog wherever a gearbox or TCU control is recorded against the application, across every vehicle class in the database.
When both engine and transmission work are required, submit the gearbox job after the engine tune so calibration order matches file-room policy and warranty conditions.
Immo, file checks, cloning, encrypt/decode, and other specialist services are quoted on their own credit line. They are not part of a standard stage tune unless that bundle is explicitly agreed in your order or in writing from support.
